We were three female friends planned to visit Goa in October 2024. Rooms were pre- Booked. We were received with Welcome Drink at the Resort. Stay was quiet and pleasant.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Goa! It’s close to the beach and easy to get around. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bars had a great selection of drinks. It’s a perfect place to relax and have a good time. I would happily stay here again!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Goa! The location is fantastic, close to the beach and all the main attractions. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel’s restaurant and bars were excellent, offering a variety of delicious food and drinks. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Goan vibe. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Goa!
About the Location : It’s located right on the Palolem market road, with access to street shops as well as all the good non-beach restaurants at a stones throw. But even better is the access to the beach, it is exactly a 150 m walk , which is so well lit even past midnight. A perfectly balanced location.Rooms – The rooms are clean, spacious, with a balcony, and clean bathroom. Don’t need much else.Staff : Helpful, cheerful, courteous.Mr. Uday is a superb host, Mr. Hemant was assisting us whenever we needed anything, both with a permanent smile on their faces.Restaurant : We had a wonderful experience with whatever we ordered here. We mostly had breakfast. But this was the only place we got a good masala chai. Mr. Rana attended us very well. Also, could sit and watch Premier league football in the evenings .Nearby Cafes – The Mill, Nireas, Shiv Sai Thali, Bella.. all walking distance.Short review :Had a wonderful 2 night stay at Palm Heaven. Hosted impeccably by Mr. Uday, who embodies the goan spirit, and makes your stay comfortable. Mr. Hemant was super helpful all through our stay. The staff here is very polite and go out of their way to assist you.Must visit when Palolem beach is your destination .
A budget apartment which is well worth the money. The rooms was a decent size, along with the bathroom and we had a balcony over looking a wooded area so plenty of opportunities to see some wildlife.There is a bit of work being done around the complex but don’t let you put you off because we heard nothing.Uday (the owner) is really friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you are ok.We ate breakfast most days and lunch once in the restaurant and the food was really good.The apartments are a 2 minute walk to the beach and is just off the main road with its own car park if you are driving. We enjoyed the bars on a night near Diablo and this was only a 5 minute walk.If we were to go back to Palolem we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here.
Overall me and my family were extremely happy with p our stay at Palm heavens. Mr.Uday is an amazing host and was very helpful and accommodative.. He was also clear about what can and can’t be done.. That helped us in making decisions. The property was very good and comfortable.. Palolem Beach added that star on our overall experience. The beach is not crowded, not noisy, extremely clean and loaded with activities.. The hills and island view from the beach will make your day. The best beach I have seen in Goa.. Our stay at Palm Heaven made our experience even better.. Families can go ahead and book your stay here confidently..

Clean & Comfortable, 2 min walk from your room to beach.Lots of near by modern cafes & restaurants. But perf their own garden restaurant which is best. Felt safe throughout the stay. Had my car parked next room. Nice F&B options and relatively fairly priced when compared to nearby.
Great unplanned stay at this place, uday ji and Hemant are very cooperative,in fact the whole staff and the food tasted yumm, reasonable and the presentation everything was just good. And the location is nearby to palelom beach. Thank you 😊🙏.

Had an amazing stay at Palm Heaven.Pros: Mr. Uday, the owner is very friendly and nice gentleman.Food is delicious. We could barely try any other cafe/ restaurant in Palolem as food provided at Palm Heaven was super delicious. Sply the thalis both veg n non veg.The beach is really close, just a small walk from the stay to beach.Located in the market. Lively till late at night.Staff is very kind and helpful.Parking is available..Cons:Just one they have very soft mattress, which may affect ur back if you are not used to soft kind of bed.
Had an excellent 2 night stay at Palm Heaven. Located right on the main market area of Palolem and just 200 mts away from Palolem beach. They have a private entrance to the beach from their property. Overall it’s a recommendable place to stay if you are travelling in South Goa.
I had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and it was very tasty. I’m always in a search of good cappuccino and that’s where I found it. Location is super chilled and lots of palm trees around that give you nice shades. The beach is just about 20 meters away.The owner and the staff is very professional and pleasant, and always serving the customer with a big smile on the face. Thank you!

The best staff and superclean rooms with a wonderful garden where you can have the most amazing food! If you will have any questions or special needs the staff will help you any time. I recommend this place to all kinds of people – families, elder or young people. We was there with 2 children at the age of 11 & 16. If you dont stay there for a night, visit the garden for a dinner at least!
The location of palm heaven is just 2mins walk away from beach and they have their own resto that serves really good food and the location is fully surrounded with greenery.Also the market is just 10walks away.Had a good experience.
Great place on Palolem beach, in silence under the palm trees and literally a couple of minutes walk from the sea. The rooms are clean, have towels, fans and air conditioning. Always hot water. There is no TV in the room, but it is not needed in this wonderful place. The refrigerator in the hallway was clean and almost always empty, so you can leave your drinks and food without any problems. Room cleaning upon request. All the staff are very good people. The location is good, since this part of the beach is without boats, and there are much fewer people than in the center of the beach. You leave the hotel along a path in the shade of palm trees and blooming greenery and immediately into the shake (San Francisco). There is parking for cars and bikes. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will be happy to come again if we are on Palolem Beach.
The location is really great, the place is very clean and even the breakfast was really good, but as such the stay was average. The room was compact and the balcony was opening up to the common road, also the room had shared balcony. So there was not much privacy.The beach is very close by, and even the palolem street is right in front of the stay.
Most unprofessional and rude behaviour . Very sweet and nice till the booking is done and when we showed up , the owner of the place Uday wanted us to adjust to the level of accepting a check in at 8 p.m. just because he didn’t want to spoil his relations with the person who was occupying the room we paid for in advance and was checking out at 8 p.m . He was so cool about it . Since we had booked 2 rooms, we had access to 1 room which was decent enough. 1 star for the refund immediately credited.
Very clean, friendly and always helpful. Excellent cuisine, we were also able to watch the dishes we ordered being prepared and it was described in detail how what had to be done. good beach access with loungers. Price performance okay. Again and again
Absolutely loved my stay here with Udai,he is such a warm and caring host. The room was clean, cool, 2 mins walk from the beach without being on it so away from noise and bustle but also rocky next to all the resturants and shops.Palm Heaven has its own resturant too, a meal is about 100 Rupees cheaper than the beach. I always came here to work on WiFi and enjoy the best Spinach Cheese MomosI highly recommend this place. Udai and all the staff are like friends now after two weeks here 😊
Actually we booked Palm heaven at the last moment since there were no rooms available anywhere else near Palolem. We were a gang of 7 ladies and 4 kids and was little confused and skeptical in the beginning looking at the pictures posted on their webpage thinking it was a dorm kind of place and untidy etc but trust me, the moment we reached the place, I felt so happy and relieved specially the location, the cleanliness of the property. The location is perfect since the front gate leads you to the Palolem market and few steps on the backyard of this guest house leads you to the beautiful beach and the shacks! Had a lovely time with my girl gang. Udai has been a very sweet host. Had some miscommunication regarding Breakfast but he was kind enough to sort it out without stretching it. I’m going to visit this place again for sure 🙂
Palm Heaven is very good located, easily accessible hotel with comfortable and clean rooms snd hot shower. The service is incredible, the owner has helped us in organizing everything we needed there.The hotel also owns a restaurant, which is very nice too.Thank you and see you soon 🙂
We found this hotel by chance, we originally booked another one, but couldn’t find it. Only in this place they didn’t force us into rooms, but explained the route using a map. But we were already so tired and decided to stop here and did not regret it!Nice hotel with helpful staff. Clean rooms, reasonable price, convenient location: close to both the beach and the main street. The hotel owner was very responsive, he allowed us not to leave in the morning, but to stay until 16, he himself organized a transfer to the airport and personally escorted us.Thank you very much!

This hotel scammed us. We made a booking though mmt and they denied the booking with a very rude behavior.The manager/staff asked us to book with them directly if we want accommodation.We could have called mmt and gone through the whole customer support process, but we felt very unsafe to stay here after such behaviour from hotel staff.

I stayed at this place in South goa. They have 7 a/c rooms and 4 non a/c rooms. It’s a well maintained place , clean and hygiene. It’s about 80 mts off the beach the main palolem market is close by too. It’s in close proximity to most of the restaurants. They have there own private parking . The staff were very helpfull. The host goes out of his way to help you with almost anything.They are starting a garden restaurant soon I was told. All n all a great place to visit if you are in South Goa.
Perfect beachside place for a large group. Mr. Uday, the host, is very polite, friendly, and so helpful! Cost is reasonable and is accessible to a lot of beaches and other sight seeing.

We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Goa. The rooms were upto the mark and the staff was really helpful and cooperative. No issues whatsoever. Will definitely visit again in the next trip.
Had a great time staying here for the last four days! The beach is just 100 metres from the hotel and so are popular cafes like The Mills and Nireas which was a pleasant surprise! Our room didn’t have a mirror except for the one in the bathroom, but wasn’t a great deal, the helpfulness of the owner and the caretakers more than covers for it! Helped us recommend places to visit, with scooty rentals and even with public transport! Great stay, would definitely be visiting again.
The host was amazing and the property is in excellent condition. Any one who wants to travel to South Goa, and is looking for a calm soothing experience should just look for a stay here.
The place is perfectly located just near the beach, and Sri is just an amazing guy who helped us with our stay and as well as guiding us to tye best food and places!

We recently stayed here for 2days it was nice place to chill out with ur friends and family rooms are clean and well maintained and it has way to beach from hotel it self , service was good and more over Mr srinivas and Uday was well supported and guided us must visit place if ur checking stay near palelom beach.
The stay was very decent and very close to the beach. The owner was very kind to share details about the nearby locations to visit and how to travel and checked on our safety too.Wifi facility was also provided which was good.

Stayed in different stays at South goa, but this ones gotta be on the top. Very nice service from Srinivas and Uday. We loved the location. They have cafe’s right opposite to the property.
Myself and my friend travelled to Goa and stayed at this wonderful stay. The rooms were neat and service was good too. The beach is accessible behind within a minute walk. We stayed for 5 days and the owner guided us throughout each day for the places we can visit around, it was very helpful. We will visit again for sure.
Third class room.. Dog problem is there. Rooms are not safe at night. We spotted a snake nearby.. It’s not Palm Heaven.. It’s a Palm Hail!Not recommended for family!Owner is 😠, For your kind information, we paid every single penny, including GST for which you don’t even shared a valid GSTN number. I believe a GST raid in your property should be due in time.

The room was pretty decent by Indian standards. However, the rest of the facilities were abandoned. Neglect in its pure state: debris, broken doors, etc. in the garden that make the stay as if you were in a half-baked building. With a little maintenance they could have a very nice place.
Host srinivasan is helpful and accomodating and there’s a private shortcut to the beach from the property, would recommend this place
Decent rooms.We had a good stay. The hotel is just 100m away from the sea so flexible to go at anytime & close to market and other clubs. The service was good. They have cafe just infront of the hotel which has also good taste for the breakfast/lunch. They helped us for hiring taxi to go out.Thanks 👍🙌
It was great experience, rooms were in very good condition and was close to palolem beach….beach was behind the hotel. Host was very humble and kind , he helped us with renting out vehicles and also arranged vehicle at the time of checkout.

Room was ok but the bathroom water tap there was small drip of water coming out and leaking. Hot water also not working
We would definitely book again, if we go to palolem once again. Very near the beach (1min). Nice rooms with terrace and table for having breakfast there. palms everywhere. And a good price for what you get!
Decent rooms. Close to beach and you have direct access to the beach from within the premises which is a big plus. Don’t expect much room service but if requested that do arrange for in room for delivery. They do have in house restaurant but it’s opposite to the hotel. You can expect Facilities to be little better than shacks or huts as this is permanent structure.
Best place to be. The service was incredible. The employees are very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and save.My gf forgot jewellery in the room at checkout. They kept it for us save, until we had time to pick it up. Thanks for the great stay.

The best stay in palolem. Specially the owner Mr Udai will treat you like his own family. Rooms are quite big, clean and it’s in on the main street with all famous cafes and shops within walking distance. Beach is also 1 min walking distance.
The best place to stay in Palolem. Uday is the most helpful host & organised trips and taxis for us. Our room was very large and clean with a nice balcony & is a minutes walk to the beach. Its centrally located so you can walk to most restaurants or catch a rickshaw from the road outside the guesthouse. The next time we come to Goa we’ll be staying with Uday at Palm Heaven 😊

Udai the owner has created a hotel to a high standard. The rooms are a good size with ensuite shower etc. Complete with a very large bed and AC that works really well. The hotel is located back from the beach line so quieter than most accommodation locally, helped by being situated in large grounds. We have already booked our next stay here later this month. Highly recommended.
